For you that are interested in setting up at the show we have the following price options.

1) Booth - w/ 6' table, 2 chairs, and 2 passes --- $60

2) Artist Alley Table - 6' table, 2 chairs, and 2 passes --- $45

3) Screen your movie - must purchase a booth or artist alley table also---$25

4) Extra Booth - $45

    Extra Tables - $10 ea.

    Extra Chairs - $3 ea.

    Extra Passes - $5 ea.

 

Please Note:

1)Booths can be set up as dealer sees fit, you may bring and use you own tables, stands, or displays.

2)All dealers, their workers or guests must have a pass.

3)Electricity is provided on site and at no cost, but dealer must bring a extension cord of sufficient length.

4)Artist alley tables are for the artist to feature and sell his original art only. This includes comics drawn by artist; comics written by artist; paintings or drawing by artist; figures, statues, or busts by artists. In other words, if you want to sell your back collection of comics and such then you need to get a booth also or instead of.

5) Final booth size will by determined by August 30th, this will depend on the final number of dealers attending. Booth space will be no smaller than 8' X 8'.

6) Movie screening will be a set amount of time to show clips of movie and take questions. Total time is not set at the present time, we will wait to see number of film makers interested.
